Deux-Montagnes, June 18, 2020 – The City of Deux-Montagnes reminds citizens that the lawn watering by-law must always be respected, especially in times of dry weather temperature. The City encourages residents to use water for watering in an environmentally responsible manner.

Over the next few days, municipal inspectors will be particularly vigilant to ensure compliance with the lawn watering by-law. Statements of offence and fines will be issued if necessary.

The regulation regarding the watering is included in the Quality of Life By-law no.1392, Section 6 Article 6.31.
