Public consultations dates – Aire TOD Grand-Moulin

The City of Deux-Montagnes announces the beginning of a collaborative urban planning process for the TOD Grand-Moulin sector.  Public consultations  on the TOD Grand-Moulin Special Planning Program Plan Particulier d’urbanisme (PPU) changes will take place on  February 28th and March 20th , 2019  at  7:00 pm  at the Royal Canadian Legion Hall, located at 141 Grand-Moulin Road.

This participatory process aims to clarify the regulatory adjustments that can promote the ‘’social acceptability’’ regarding the redevelopment of the TOD at the Grand-Moulin train station in Deux-Montagnes.

The “Vivre en Ville” organization will assist the City of Deux-Montagnes in the management of these citizen consultation activities. In addition to leading the consultation sessions, the “Vivre en Ville” organization will have a role in analyzing the City’s proposals and citizen concerns in order to recommend improvements to the densification framework. applicable.
