The City of Deux-Montagnes is one of only two cities in the North Shore of Montreal to be included in the recent Canada’s top 100 cities conducted by MoneySense magazine to raise a family.

This list takes into account several categories: services to citizens, wealth and economy, climate, accessibility to health care, cultural life, public transit, etc.The mayor of Deux-Montagnes, Denis Martin, welcomed this nomination: “This distinction illustrates the many efforts to make our city a living environment where it is good to raise a family.
