Winner of the Library Contest for the 40th anniversary

Deux-Montagnes Library members were invited to take part in a contest as part of its 40th anniversary celebrations.

Mayor Denis Martin presented an iPad tothe lucky winner André Brault in the company of Olympia District councillor Micheline Groulx Stabile and Deux-Montagnes culture and library director Pascale Dupuis.

In addition to regular library activities, a special program has been set up with something for all residents to enjoy: pet therapy for children, techno activities, movie nights, and family shows to entertain young and old alike. New features this year also include online courses such as languages, office automation, and music on thetoutapprendre.com platform as well as the loan of tablets on site.

In its mission to provide residents with a space for personal, social, and intellectual development, the Deux-Montagnes Library continues to grow by continually improving its range of services.

The library brings together a number of tools to help meet the information, education, culture, and leisure needs of the community all under one roof.

Fell free to take advantage of the many services offered by your library and don’t forget to come and enjoy the beautiful terrace this summer!
