Sunday, November 10, 2019 at 2 p.m., a parade will begin at the corner of 13th Avenue and Oka Road. It will stop in front of City Hall and continue to the Royal Canadian Legion where a ceremony will be held at the Cenotaph. In addition, the flags of City Hall will be lowered to half-mast for the occasion.
Free service for shredding confidential documents will be organized by the Régie de police du Lac des Deux-Montagnes as part of Crime Prevention Week.
Deux-Montagnes, November 4, 2019 – Last Friday, the high winds caused several inconveniences, including a large number of broken branches on residential properties. The City of Deux-Montagnes will provide a free collection service for fallen tree branches on residential properties on November 7, 8, 14 and 15, starting at 7 a.m.
Deux-Montagnes, November 2, 2019 – In order to accommodate citizens without electricity, the Annette-Savoie room (located at 200, Henri-Dunant Street) will be open for the night, as well as tomorrow. Camp beds will be installed (bring your pillows and sleeping bags), coffee is provided and access to electric plugs to charge mobile phones.
