Paving and new curb work on several streets in district Du Coteau, starting June 21st, 2021

Deux-Montagnes, June 15, 2021  – The City is announcing pavement rehabilitation work and the construction of new curbs taking place on several streets in district Du Coteau over the summer. Work will begin on June 21st and end on August 13.  The work will take place, from Monday to Friday, between 7 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.

This work aims to improve asphalt pavement and repair existing curbs or build new ones.

The following streets are concerned by this project:

• Larouche,

• J. Brunette,

• Olympia,

• Place Filiatrault,

• Place du Coteau

• Gamble, (the section of the road has not been completed)

• Bernard,

• Lepage,

• Baudoin,

• Kennedy,

• Du Berger.

Please note that:

•  Only local traffic will be allowedCirculation will be maintained, at all times, but restricted in both directions.

•  On-street parking is prohibited  between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. during the work.

•  Residents who have in-ground sprinkler systems  must contact the City to report the location of sprinkler heads  found on the limit of the lawn.
