Deux-Montagnes, June 3, 2021 – Given that a maximum of eight people from different addresses are now authorized on private outdoor properties, the City is authorizing the holding of garage sales scheduled for June 12 and 13. It is the responsibility of the organizer of the garage sale to ensure compliance with  sanitary measures.

Garage sale reminder

• No permit is required.
• Temporary advertising is authorized (maximum of 3 posters per residential sale). However, they must be removed before the end of the weekend.
• Items must be placed on residential properties, at a minimum distance of one meter from the public road.
