1st instalment:        March, 15, 2018

2nd instalment:         May, 3, 2018

3rd instalment:           July, 5, 2018

4th instalment:     October, 4, 2018


Payments received after the due date bear annual interest of 10%. In addition, a penalty of 0.5% per month charged for every full month in arrears, to a maximum of 5% per year.


Take note that only cash,cheque or debit card payments will be accepted. You may also leave an envelope containing you postdated cheques in the secured mail box located outside, next to the front door that leads to the Finances Department.

Please note that a $25 fee will be charged for any cheques that are refused and returned to us for any reason by a Financial Institution (Regulation 1454, a. 4)

Business opening hours: 

Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 am to noon and 1 pm to 5 pm. Friday from 8:30 am to noon, closed in the afternoon.


2. Your financial institution

Payment transactions may be made at service counters, in automatic teller machines (ATMs), or the online payment facilities of financial institutions. Please make sure to include your 18-digit regristration number with your payment information.


3. Mortgage loan

If your taxes are paid by a financial institution, it is still your responsibility to make sure that your tax instalments are paid on or before the deadlines above.
